We will come out twice a year to service your system. 1 Spring visit to tune up your cooling system before summer and 1 Fall visit to prep your furnace for the cold PNW winters!

No service fees. If your system is experiencing difficulty in between your biannual visits, we will come diagnose the issue and you will not be charged the standard service fee*.

ANNUAL
ACCRUAL
VIP+ customers receive a ANNUAL $100 accrual credit that can be used towards future system replacement installed by Pro1 Heating and Cooling.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *Additional System charged as an add-on. $150 per piece of equipment. *Stand-alone equipment (Shop/Unit Heaters, Minisplits) charged at $150/unit. *1-inch filters included in VIP & VIP+ (4 filters/year) *Merv 11 & 5" Filters included in VIP+ Plan *Specialty Filter cost is manually calculated and charged at the time of service *1 spring and 1 fall visit included in VIP & VIP+ plans. *Local: Hayden, Coeur D' Alene, Post Falls, and Rathdrum customers with active VIP & VIP+ maintenance plans do not pay service fees and receive a 10% discount for repairs performed by Pro1 Heating and Cooling. *Customers outside of local service areas have a M-F 9-9 PM emergency service schedule and a discounted $75 service fee and also receive the 10% repair discount. *Every year renewed on the VIP+ maintenance plan will accrue $100 in credit towards future replacement cost. *VIP+ Accrual credit cannot be used towards new construction and cannot be paid out other than as a credit towards replacements installed by Pro1 Heating and Cooling. *Plan auto renews and charges automatically, annually.
